Mead, also known as honey wine, is the oldest form of alcoholic beverage known to man.   It is made by fermenting honey and water which converts some of the sugar in honey into alcohol.  

Because I enjoy woodworking and we needed some mead related storage, I made several wooden things to support our mead making.   Because mead is also known as honey wine, most of these projects are titled as Wine XXX.
