Tumbler Clamp

I am using two Lyman 1200 Turbo with Auto-Flo tumblers to begin cleaning my brass.   The tumblers tend to "walk around" even though they have little rubber feet.   So I decided to build a set of clamps to hold them in place while operating.   The clamps are made of 1X4 and using a tee bolt and knob to hold them in position.

The clamps are each made from a piece of 1X4, 8-1/4" long.   The 5/16" hole for the tee bolt is 1" from the long edge and centered (4 1/8" from the end).   The cut out fits a 10" circle, so I placed another 1X4 so the edge of the cut would be 1" from the tee bolt, and drew an arc, then cut it out with a band saw.   The clamps fold together nicely for storage in one of the workbench drawers.

Drawing the cutout, I used a beam compass set to 5" and another 1X4 as a reference point.

The pair folds nicely for storage.

Heres the other side of the folded pair.
