Mix McCormick Lemon Herb seasoning with butter.
Rub steak generously with butter & seasoning mix.
Place in 1Qt freezer bag, removing excess air.
Clip to side of Sous Vide pot.
Set temp at 139° and time to 1:40.
Go.
When time expires, heat cast iron skillet, at high heat, until drop of water flicked onto it immediately evaporates.
Remove steak from zip lock bag, place in skillet for about 45 sec per side.
Cut steak in half, place each half on plate.
