Roll out about 20" of heavy duty foil, then roll out the same length of non-stick foil over the first.
Slice the carrots: I cut the large end about the same length as the diameter of the carrot at large end then cut longer pieces as I progress toward the little end of the carrot, so the mass of each piece is about the same.
Put the cut carrots in the center of the foil.
Put orange marmalade, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon over the carrots.
Bring up corners of foil, roll ends to seal, then roll the top over twice to seal the packet and make a place to grip with tongs.
Shake the packet to make sure the ingredients are spread evenly.
Light the grill, on high, and put the carrot packet on the grill.
After 10 minutes I turn the heat down to medium (400°) and rotate the packet.
Rotate the packet every 10 minutes.
Cooking time for carrots is about 30 - 35 minutes.
