Grilled Tillapia

1 Lb - Tilapia Fillets
1  - McCormick Sea Salt Grinder
1  - McCormick Black Peppercorn Grinder
4 Tbsp - Savory Herb Butter
4 sheets - 18x18" Heavy Duty aluminum foil + non-stick foil, size depends on size of fillets.

Roll out about 18-20" of heavy duty foil, then roll out another layer of non-stick on top of the HD foil.
Place one fish fillet in center of each sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Season with sea salt and pepper, if desired.
Top each fillet with 1 tablespoon Savory Herb Butter.
Bring up foil front and back; double fold (or roll) ends and top to tightly seal packet.
Grill over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning packet over halfway through cook time.
Cooking tip Substitute red snapper, striped bass, flounder or sole for the tilapia.
