Combine hamburger meat and Ranch Mix, knead thoroughly.
Shape into patties.
Oil both sides of each patty lightly with Canola oil before grilling.
I grill the patties this thick about 4-1/2 minutes on each side with a medium fire (about 400°).
About two minutes before they are done, add two slices each
of Velveta.
Grill about 4 oz. pastrami for each patty then put on top of cheese.
The pastrami is usually already cooked so it just needs heating.
