Prepare from THAWED State.
Thaw in the fridge, overnight or in cold running water for 30Mins.

On the Grill:

1 | Preheat grill to medium heat.
|
2 | Lightly oil steaks, both sides, and season as desired.
|
3 | Cook for 3 mins and flip steaks.
|
4 | Cook for 3 mins and flip steaks.
|
5 | Cook for 6-7 mins, flipping every 2 mins. or until intrnal temp is a minumum of 145° (measured with a meat thermmeter).

6 | Let stand 3 mins before slicing or serving

Stove Top:
|
1 | Preheat a large lightly oiled, heavy skillet over medium-high heat for 2 mins.
|
2 | Lightly oil steaks on both sides and season to taste.
|
3 | cook for 3 mins and turn over.
|
4 | cook for 3 mins and turn over.
|
5 | cook for 6-7 mins. turning evrey 2 mins. or until internal temp is 256° (measured with a meat thermometer).
|
6 | Let stand 3 mins before slicing or serving.
|
Promptly refrigerate any unused, heated portion.
