Earlier Batch Later Batch German Fied Potatoes On The Plate

Both of us really like Jaeger Schnitzel and after a few tries, we have some really good recipes.   I took a few pics of our batch made in late Arpil 2021.

Double breadding:
To bread pork loins, I dipped them in:
  1. Piepan #1 Flour mixture
  2. Piepan #2 Egg wash
  3. Piepan #3 Panko.
  To double bread them, repeat steps #2 and 3#.   Then let them dry for about 5 mins. before frying.



Just a plain frying pan on the stove.  



One of the pork loins being fried.   I put about a Tbsp of real butter in the pan and when it all melted added the breaded pork loin.

Betty also made some German Fied Potatoes.   Note the bacon chunks.
