Beef Goulasch

 

Ingredients

3Cube Knorr Beef Stock
8-1/3C water
10oz beef rump cubes
7oz potato cubes
1Tbsp Oil
3-1/2oz canned ripen tomatoes
4-1/2oz chopped onions
3-1/2oz carrot cubes
3-1/2oz red pepper
1Tbsp chopped garlic
1Tbsp paprika
1Tsp caraway seed
1KNORR HAO CHI ALL-IN-ONE SEASONING

Directions
1Boil water with KNORR BEEF CUBES to obtain a clear beef stock.
2Heat a pan with oil and fry the chopped onions and caraway seeds gently
3 Add beef rump cubes, carrots, red pepper, tomatoes, garlic and paprika.
4 Add the fried items to the beef stock and bring the stock to boil again.
5Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
6 After 2 hours, add potato cubes and cook for another 15 minutes.
7 When the beef and potatoes are tender, season to taste with KNORR HAO CHI ALL-IN-ONE SEASONING.
