Simple Eggs Bene

Betty and I don't go to the trouble of making Eggs Benedict all the way, each morning, but we do make a Simple Benedict plate often.   We frequently (see pics) use a piece of toast (or you can slice a croissant or muffin) as the base.  
You can spread hollandaise over the egg, Yum! Yum!  
You can also generously sprinkle bacon bits over the egg.  
And or add a slice of ham (thick, not shaved).
I have even used brown and serve sausage instead of ham and bacon.
Prep time is about 5 minutes per plate.  

Ingredients
Qty. Meas. Descr.
2 Eggs
1 slice Sandwich bread
1 Tsp Butter
Directions
1Toast a piece of sandwich bread.
2Spread 1/2 butter over toast
3Fry an egg, in 1/2 butter, over easy or sunny side up.
4put fried egg on toast
5Eat um up ---- GOOD!
