Many years ago, my Dad and Cynthia began discussing Wassail, an old English Winter Drink. If I remember correctly, Cynthia did some research and came up with this recipe, which we have made every Christmas since.

| 48 | Oz | Cranberry Juice |
| 32 | Oz. | Apple Juice |
| 1/2 | C. | Brown Sugar |
| 4 | Cinnamon Sticks | |
| 1/2 | Tsp. | Whole Cloves (I use 1 whole clove, they can make it bitter) |
Combine juices into bottom of 25 + Cup Coffee pot. Place sugar, cinnamon sticks, and clove(s) into coffee basket. Percolate, serve in mugs or styrofoam cups.
This stuff is even better with Paul Mason's Peach Brandy, try it.
