I've always felt that if most folks looked at electronic design in a simple straight forward manner it wouldn't be as difficult.   Of course, if your'e one of the folks that throw up their hands at the first sign of a plus or minus sign (basic arithmetic) this may not be for you.   I would like to set up web pages that would allow a normal person to design a simple transistor amplifier.  

I try to break electronics down to simple basics, then proceed to build on these.   Yes, you do need to know a little about physics, but not much, and it is fairly easy.
